Chief Executive Officer

Hachim has 20 years of on-the-ground experience in the IFRC, ICRC. Over the past 6 years he was head of UNDP-CADRI in Geneva, overseeing the activities of 12 UN agencies – including the World Bank – in 40 countries.

Alain Dolium
Chief Operations Officer

Alain has more than 21 years of experience in the design, innovation and implementation of disruptive strategies. Before joining Connectik, Alain was a member of the executive committees of DHL and CBS Outdoor, and founded two startups in the digital and big data industries.

Rani Glaser
Chief Technology Officer

With over 21 years in diverse engineering and product roles, serving as VP Engineering and CTO, building startups from inception to exit, consulting leading Fortune 500 companies and 4 registered patents.

Stephane Baccetti
Chief Finance Officer

Stephane brings more than 25 years of strategic finance experience in global firms and different sectors such as waste management, food or IT. His latest role was CFO with International SOS (Healthcare & Security services) where he was covering Europe but also the global digital transformation agenda.

Eric Loubaud
Director of programmes

Eric holds a PhD in geography and has over 15 years of experience in program management for international organizations in Latin America and Africa. He has worked with research centres, NGOs and UN agencies. Prior to joining Connectik, he worked with UNDP in disaster risk reduction capacity development in many countries.

Nkubito Manzi Bakuramutsa
Chief Product Officer

Nkubito has 18 years of experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions in the United States and Rwanda. He was the system engineer for High-End HP enterprise servers. He held managerial and technical leadership roles in the Rwanda IT public sector driving the digital transformation in E-government, Education and IT Infrastructure.

Louis Guiraud
Go-to-Market & Innovation Director

Having completed his finance studies at Paris Dauphine, Louis has accumulated 5 years of experience building innovative and disruptive digital ecosystems. His expertise lies in establishing new partnerships and business models, as well as handling the go-to-market strategy of the developed solutions.

Richard Brueland
Director of Operations USA

Richard has more than 20 years of experience in the design, build out and implementation of Customer Support and Sales Centers. Before joining Connectik, Richard has worked in Large volume Contact Centers for Telecom, Utility, and Hospitality organizations.

Hadar Elbaz Kahan
Director of Product Management

Hadar has more than 7 years of experience working with software teams and has developed in-depth expertise and understanding of the tech side of products. At Connectik, Hadar owns the entire development process, working with customers transform their needs and requirements into valuable, innovative and successful products.

Anastasia Akimova
Business Development Manager

Anastasia has more than 10 years of experience in government administration, chamber of commerce and industry, UN and the private sector. She accumulated experience in export and investment promotion, SMEs internationalization, business development and sales. Anastasia was also involved in EU funded project as SMEs trainer on internationalization and she has experience as an entrepreneur.

Andreanne has more than 6 years of experience in finance and business support. Having worked for a big multinational group Andreanne has developed in-depth expertise in strategic financial planning and analysis, cost control and streamlining processes.

Jovana Pribic
Administrative Director

Jovana graduated from Law university in Belgrade and has more than 12 years experience on control and supervision of regulations compliance in administrative operation of large systems, managing, organizing and implementing procedures for more efficient and productive results.

Mariya Persheyeva
Accountant

Mariya is a Business graduate and part qualified accountant with 3 years-experience in various sectors such as Media, Healthcare education and Foreign Exchange market. She contributes into the company by her ability to streamline new processes and by introducing new strategies for more effective teamwork.

Rajinder Sagoo
Director of Programme EMEA

Rajinder has over 20 years experience in disaster risk reduction, climate change, urban regeneration and social-economic transformation along with community and capacity building and development. He has worked for United Nations, UK Government and international charities.
